We’ll reach out to schedule your free 30-minute consultation. Share your inspiration beforehand, like color schemes, flower choices, venue photos, or designs you love—it helps us bring your vision to life.

After our chat, you’ll receive a custom quote and design proposal tailored to your needs. Our proposals include detailed renderings to help you visualize the final look and a timeline for each project.
Once you’re ready, we’ll send a contract and a link for your 50% non-refundable deposit. This reserves your date in our schedule. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event date.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your detailed proposal—we take great care in crafting every detail!

Once your deposit is secured, you’ll receive access to your client drive. Here, you can review contracts, proofs, and design proposals all in one place.
And don’t be surprised if you see a sneak peek of your project on Instagram—we love sharing the journey!

If we are delivering your signages in the state of Georgia, we require a full timeline of events for your wedding, a point of contact person (usually your planner) and a time arranged for vendor set-up.
If you are picking up an order, all our local pick-ups are done in the lovely Norcross, Georgia.
The entire process, from consultation to delivery, typically takes 8-12 weeks.
